The following is
Waterfront Commission decision involving an alleged organized crime association
with a checker which it is alleged that the association was inimical to the
Waterfront Commission Act. The decision
is currently on appeal to the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.

before the Waterfront for an Article IV interview or Hearing before the
Commission you must consult with an experienced Waterfront Commission Attorney,
